Software should make the operating story visible.
LaunchLayer exists because most growth systems still force customers to choose between fragile migrations, disconnected content islands, or generic AI tooling that cannot explain what is actually live.
We take the opposite approach. The mounted path is the product. The release proof is the product. The operator workspace is the product. Output matters, but clarity matters more.
The goal is not to flood the web with artifacts. The goal is to create authority surfaces that a team can own, expand, and defend with confidence.
